Y Fit - Freestyle Aerobics with Margie

This one will get your heart rate up and your endorphins pumping! 

Margie is an Instructor at Manning Aquatic Lesiure Centre (Proudly managed by the Y NSW) and has created this great virtual workout for our members to enjoy at home.

Benefits of Aerobics workouts:

  • Improves cardiovascular conditioning
  • Decreases risk of heart disease
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Increases HDL or "good" cholesterol
  • Helps to better control blood sugar
  • Assists in weight management and/or weight loss
  • Improves lung function
  • Decreases resting heart rate

Make sure you have plenty of space to move around safely and you have everything you'll need throughout the workout including a towel water bottle and don't forget your smart watch to track the workout! 

So let's have a good time together and get started with the workout! 

As always, please remember to only work to your limits and ensure that if at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel discomfort, pain, dizziness or nausea, you should discontinue exercising immediately
