BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the workout feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

BODYPUMP is their most popular workout for a reason, but be sure not to start too heavy on the weights if this is your first time! If you don’t have a barbell and weights at home during this lockdown period, there are always a host of other items you can use around the house to substitute in. For beginners I recommend 2.5kg - 5kg per hand and the more experience 5kg - 10kg+ per hand.
