Improve your Breaststroke technique!

Do you know the sequence for a great breastroke? 

Three very important components of swimming Breaststroke are breathing, proper kicking and proper pulling technique.

Our team have put together these videos to help you refine your skills. We also show you ways that you can practice at home! All you need is a mat or something soft to lay on.
