Time to enjoy this 30 minute strength class with us!
The workout is a 30 minute full body strength endurance session. It is circuit based with two rounds of each exercise. All exercises are bodyweight with no equipment needed.
The session is split in to 3 section,
- Lower body
- Upper body
It will focus on repeat efforts of similar muscle groups in each section.
The workout increases the participants ability to exert force consistently and repetitively over a period of time, enhancing the persons physical capability to sustain an exercise for an extended period.As always, please work to your limits and if you need to take a break during the class you can.
The beauty of a virtual workout is you can simply press pause and then pick up where you left off when you return.
