15 Minute Balance and Hip Activation for Fall Prevention for PrYme Movers
This workout is suited to our PrYme members and is aimed at keeping you moving!
With our centres closed and most of us doing less exercise then normal it’s really important to be sure to keep your body moving, maintain your balance and work on our stability with this great 15-minute workout.
