Try this 30 minute HIIT workout with Y Trainer, Ben!
Ben is a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer at the Y down in the ACT at Gungahlin, Lakeside and Stromlo Leisure Centre. He has been with the Y since 2018 years and teaches several weekly Small Group Training and HIIT classes. Ben also trains clients 1:1 in a Personal Training setting. Outside of the Y, Ben enjoys sport and is heavily focused on Muay Thai training.
The below workout is a 30 minute HIIT session that aims to improve participants cardiovascular base. Whilst it is high energy and intense, Ben provides regressions for each exercise to cater for a variety of fitness levels of participants.
- Grab your smartphone or stopwatch to ensure you can time each exercise as you move through this workout at home!
- This workout doesn't have any music, so before you get started please put on your best motivational tune
- Don't forget to grab all the gear you will need before you start this workout (bottle of water, towel and plenty of space!)
The workout is all bodyweight with no equipment required.
