Flexible Schedule

We understand that teens have busy lives with school, extracurricular activities, and social commitments. That's why we offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

Teen Gym Mornings are run:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 9:00 am, with a class 7:30 am – 8:00am.
  • Saturday mornings, 9:30am-10:30am

Teen Gym Afternoons are run:

  • Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm, with a class 4:30 – 5:00 pm.
