Work hard and get fit in our dedicated functional training zone! The space is equipped with 100 square metres of turf and 2 x Functional Rigs along with Ski Erg's, Assault Bikes and loads more!

Our classes

  • ABT – This class targets the Abs, Butt and Thighs! Great cardio fitness and targeted muscle sculpting to improve overall strength within your core and glutes.
  • Boot Camp – A freestyle resistance and cardiac based class that will burn lots of calories while utilising all of your muscle groups. No two sessions are the same.
  • Circuit – A form of body conditioning that targets strength building and muscular endurance
  • Functional – A whole body workout session that helps increase muscle and burn fat. Functional classes train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by emphasizing core stability while simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
  • HIIT – Our High Intensity Interval Training class will blast you with intense intermittent bouts of exercise followed by easier ones to leave you breathless. Adapt your speed/resistance to work harder.
  • Stretch & Relax – This class includes whole body stretching and is a great way to improve muscle strength, balance and relax your body

As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. That’s why we offer tailored exercise programs for people over 55. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength.

Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. That’s what we call active ageing.

Our classes

  • PrYme  – Perfect is not only focused on cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility, it focuses on positive social engagement using exercise as the common denominator.
