Group Fitness Classes Epping

Our classes

  • Pilates - Improve core strength, flexibility and postural strengthening. Our instructor will guide you through total body conditioning whilst engaging your mind and utilising your breath.
  • Yoga – De-stress and focus on your mind, body and spirit.
  • Zumba® – Dance-inspired fitness for everyone.

Small Group Training

If functional training is more your thing, we run SGT classes that will bring out the best in you.
Work hard and get fit in our dedicated functional training zone! The space is equipped with 100 square metres of turf and 2 x Functional Rigs, Ski Erg, Assault Bikes, and loads more!
