Stay connected, active and in control with the Y NSW App - Coming Soon!

We’re counting down the days to deliver you a new and improved customer experience!

The brand-new Y NSW Mobile App and Customer Portal will go-live on Thursday 14 August 2025. The new App will connect you seamlessly into our new customer management system, PerfectGym and new billing provider, Payrix.

With the Y NSW App, customers will be able to; 

  • View your enrolment, skills and progress.
  • Edit and update your profile.
  • Add family members and create new bookings.
  • Notify class absences and book make-up lessons.
  • Update your billing details and make secure payments
  • View statements and account information 
  • And more!

How can I notify an absence while the customer Portal is offline?

To notify an absence for a class between the 8 -13 August, please call or email your local Y Centre.

How can I book a makeup lesson while the customer Portal is offline?

To book a make-up lesson for a class between 8 -13 August, please call your local Y Centre.

When can I access the new system?

You’ll gain access to the Y NSW App from Thursday 14 August. All of your bookings and details will be loaded in the new system, and you’ll be able to manage your account once you have downloaded the app.

Why are we changing?

Through regular feedback, our customers indicated dissatisfaction with the current booking and customer management system and paper-based sign-up process. From this feedback, we have selected PerfectGym as the most suitable system to replace the current software.

What is PerfectGym?

PerfectGym is a new, easy-to-use system that allows you to manage your memberships, enrolments, bookings, account information and payments (via our new secure billing provider, Worldpay). Access to PerfectGym will be available through the Y NSW App and will replace the need for you to access the current Customer portal.

What is Payrix?

While your fortnightly payment schedule will remain the same, recurring direct debit payments will be processed through our new secure billing provider, Payrix. Further details on the change of billing provider will be provided next week.

Can I download the App now?

Not just yet. We are currently busy building a new and improved Y NSW App, which will be available for download from August 14. Once it is available, you will receive an email prompting you to download and log in! 

My centre already uses the App for Group Fitness, is there anything I need to do?

On August 14, an update will be available to take you into the new version of our App. We will provide further details on the app update closer to the time! In the meantime, customers can continue using the current version at available sites.

Will the process for Group Fitness Bookings change via the current App?

Yes. You’ll still book online via the App - however, things will look a little different in the new version, but we think you’re going to love it! Stay tuned for more details and instructions closer to our launch date. 

Will there be any downtime or interruptions to programs or services?

No. Programmed classes, programs and services will continue running per current schedules.
