We’re counting down the days to deliver you a new and improved customer experience!
The brand-new Y NSW Mobile App and Customer Portal will go-live on Thursday 14 August 2025. The new App will connect you seamlessly into our new customer management system, PerfectGym and new billing provider, Payrix.
System Maintenance: The Customer Portal will be offline from 8 August 2025
To enable a smooth changeover, the current online customer portal will be unavailable from Friday 8 to Wednesday 13 August.
Interim Process for Families
To manage your enrolments in Learn to Swim or Learn to Play between the 8th -13th August, you’ll need to contact your local Centre to;
What will happen from 14 August?
When the system is ready, you’ll receive an email inviting you to download the Y NSW App and log in! All of your account details, programs and bookings will be transferred across – there’s nothing else you need to do!
