Y Voices

The Y is on the hunt for the brightest young stars in our community to step up to the mic as Y Voices.  

Y Voices are our public ambassadors, ensuring young people speak and are not spoken for at the Y and in public affairs.

We’re looking for a diverse Y crew from our recreation and aquatic centres, out of school hours care services and our youth and community programs. You must be 15-25 years old and a current staff member, program participant, volunteer, member or customer to apply.

Both steps must be completed for your application to be considered. We encourage any Y young person with ideas and a desire to have them heard to apply. If you feel the application process excludes you in any way, please call us out.
