We are excited to announce that the Y Gymnastics App is now available!

Get all the information you need for your child's journey at the Y Gymnastics, in the palm of your hand.

*If you are a current customer, you do not need to create a new account.

For current customers, to access your account:
1. Check your email
2. Login using the email address your local centre has on file for you. 

Make sure to turn on your email and push notifications to recieve important information about your child's journey in Gymnastics!

What is the Gymnastics App?

The Y gymnastics app allows our families ease of access to manage their account, enrol in classes, notify absences and book make up classes, track skill progression and stay up to date with what’s happening in your local Y gymnastics centre!

How do I download the App?

Simply open your App store on your mobile and search for “THE Y GYMNASTICS” to download and log in.

How do I login to my account?

For our current families:

Please login in using the email address you have provided to The Y gymnastics.

  • Select “forgot password”
  • Enter in your email address and submit
  • You will receive an account verification token to rest your password and log in!
  • Enable push notifications; this will allow the app to share important notifications with you. We recommend all are enabled.

For our new families:

  • Select “create new account”
  • Enter in your email address and submit
  • You will receive an account verification token to login with
  • Please update your details with us and select "Create Account"
  • Enable push notifications; this will allow the app to share important notifications with you. We recommend all are enabled.

How do I enrol in a class?

Once you have logged in on our app, you will be able to see what’s on offer. Simply find a class day and time that works for you and press the “contact us” button on the class to email us. Be sure you leave us your contact details in the email. We will be in contact with you to arrange a trial!

How can I change my class day/time?

Our families will be able to view our current timetable via our Gymnastics App. Simply find your preferred class day and time and press the contact us button on the class to email us. We will contact you to get you all booked in!

How can I mark my child as absent?

In your Y Gymnastics App, you will be able to notify us if you will be away. Simply click on “account” and "attendance” and let us know when you’ll be away! Once you’ve notified us, you will receive a makeup token (as per our T’s & C’s) which can be used to book in a makeup session in the next 12 weeks.

How can I use a make-up lesson?

Once you receive a makeup token, you will be able to view your makeup class under “account” and “attendance”. Please click contact us and we will assist in arranging your makeup lesson with you.

 

How do I check my child's progress?

To stay up to date with how your child is progressing and helping them practice skills at home, click on “account” in your Y Gymnastics App and open “Evaluations” to view your child's progress!
