Operations Team Leader

Aquatics Program Team Leader
Being able to swim is one of the most important skills a person can have. Our Learn-to-Swim Instructors change and save people’s lives by equipping them with the ability to swim confidently – it is a truly rewarding role. Right now, we're looking for an aspiring leader to join our team. Continue to influence and engage with the local community and support a growing team of instructors and leaders in teaching life-saving skills. This role balances leading and influencing the team and skill having a hands-on approach to the program, a great opportunity for those looking for a role with variety and leadership capacity.

Right now, we’re looking for aspiring Lifeguards to join our friendly team. We’ll train you and get you qualified so you can make a difference in your community and your career. Our Y Lifeguards enjoy keeping a close eye on all our precious community members and often get to know our customers by name. Minimum age of 16 and training is included.
Customer Service Officer
Our customer service officers are passionate about creating awesome experiences and building strong relationships within the community at our Mount Annan Leisure Centre. The role will see you meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls and face to face as well as perform general administration tasks.
