Ninja Warrior - Join us for a day of physical Ninja & Spartan obstacle courses and time trials, along with exciting fitness and movement activities for ages 5 - 14. Ninja Warriors is a fast-paced program where Gymnastics meets martial arts and parkour.
Gymnastics Fun - Gymnastics Fun is a skill-based program with the aim of developing confidence, power, balance and discipline in a fun-filled, safe environment. It is all about the thrills, spills and tumbles; and learning that getting back on your feet is the best way to tackle your goals.
Basketball Camp - Our Basketball camp is designed for ages 5 to 14. Participants will spend the day working on all elements of their basketball and volleyball skills and finish off with a few games and a smile on their face. This camp is a great way to try out a new sport and realise your full potential!
Survivor Session - Have you ever wanted to be part of the show survivor? Well, our Action Break Survivor Session is the closest you can get. Kid’s will experience a number of challenges and activities that are based on land and 'in the sea'. Who will be the survivor!?
Netball Clinic - At the YMCA, our youth netball clinic combines elements of fun while emphasising skill development and good sportsmanship. Participants will spend the day working on all elements of their netball skills and finish off with a few games.
Soccer Clinic - At the YMCA, our youth soccer clinic combines elements of fun while emphasising skill development and good sportsmanship. Participants will spend the day working on all elements of their soccer skills and finish off with a few games.
Challenge accepted (Fitness point challenge) - Young people will have the opportunity to compete in fitness challenges to earn points. The person with the most points at the end of the challenges wins a free month of free fitness membership at YMCA Mount Annan Leisure Centre. Make sure you wear closed in sports shoes, appropriate exercise clothing, bring a drink bottle and gym towel. Bookings are essential, call us now!
Late night volleyball - If you like volleyball this is the session for you! Come and join in for a night of social volleyball and have some fun whilst learning the rules. Bring your friends or join a team!
3 on 3 Basketball - Have some fun in 3 on 3 basketball! Age groups include 12-14yrs, 15-17yrs and 18-25yrs. The top 2 teams in each group will take home prizes. Bookings are essential, call us now!
Gorilla dodge ball - Teams of 6 will face the ultimate form of dodgeball! Including a combination of standard dodgeball and specialist positions. Just remember the 5 Ds – Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge! Come down as a solo contestant or bring a bunch of friends for the ultimate day. Bookings are essential – call us now!
Youth Yoga - A fun yoga session designed for young people. You will learn traditional yoga techniques and meditation skills. Bookings are essential, call us now!
Weightlifting workshop - Come along to this interactive weight lifting workshop where you will learn how to use weight machines, how to perform correct technique in a variety of strength exercises and how to write fitness programs.
