Our dance and music classes are the Y NSW's team-based physical programs for adults and young people with an intellectual or physical disability. It’s about being active, having fun and making friends.

Our Dance class is a 45 minute group session that encourages movement and fitness for all abilities.
Our Percussion dance class is a 45 minute group session which utilities percussion instruments to improve hand/eye coordination skill, movement ability and an improved sense of timing in music.
