Pryme 55 years+ 

As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. That’s why we offer tailored exercise programs for people over 55. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength. Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. Teen Gym 11-14 years

  • Start your wellness journey early and get on the right track for a healthy life. Build strength, fitness, flexibility and most importantly confidence and social skills.  
  • Age: 11 - 14 years   
  • Teen Gym Members may access the gym between the hours 3pm-5pm Monday-Friday.
  • Outside of Teen Gym Hours, Teen Gym Members must be accompanied by a paying adult and remain within eyesight of that adult at all times.  
  • 11-14 year old non-members are not permitted within the gym at any time

Personal Training

Not sure how to lose weight? Struggling to put on muscle? Have a specific goal in mind?  Are you not too sure where to start? We can give you a hand. Our team of experienced Personal Trainers will guide you on the right path to achieving all your Health and Fitness needs with their knowledge and skills. Our aim to ensure a long-term positive lifestyle change.

The Y offers a variety of options to get you started on your health and fitness journey -

  • PT Starter Pack - 3 x 30min one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer and a personalised program to complete outside of PT sessions to keep you on track
  • PT 10 pack – 10 x 30min or 60min one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer at a discounted rate 
  • 30min and 60min pay as you go sessions with a Personal Trainer
  • Group PT sessions with a Personal Trainer

Mount Annan's Leisure Centres preferred exercise physiologists are Brown & Ross Exercise Physiology. 

Brown & Ross Exercise Physiology are accredited exercise physiologists who provide the highest standard of specialized exercise program intervention. 
For those who are in need of chronic injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, weight management and health coaching. Brown & Ross Exercise Physiology programs incorporate behavioural strategies and exercise education components, delivered from our university qualified exercise professionals. They aim to ensure a long-term positive lifestyle change.
