Our Range of Group Fitness Classes

Body Burn – this class is a great whole body conditioning workout. It combines high intensity training and resistance training in the one session.

H.I.I.T – this class aims to improve stamina utilising high intensity interval training, focusing on short burst of exercise with full body movements.

Strength – this type of training aims to improve anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.Strength training provides significant functional benefits and improvements in over health and wellbeing.

L.I.I.T - this class utilises low impact exercises whilst maintain high intensity cardio output with the aim of improving stamina and cardio vascular system.

Box fit – this class combines boxing and functional training to provide a high cardio output class, boxing combinations , pad work and body weight exercises.

Pilates - Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility , muscle strength and endurance. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment breathing and developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Yoga – yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. it uses physical posture breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health and well being.

Zumba – Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts to create a unique dance style class.

Pryme Movers – this class is designed for active over 55s to improve muscle strength, mobility, stability and fall prevention Pryme dance – this dance class is designed with the over 55s in mind, it is great for mobility, stability and to have fun

Small group training sessions

  • ABT – this class targets the abs, Butts and Thighs, with the aim of sculpting and improving muscular strength in the lower body .
  • Strength – this type of training aims to improve anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles. Strength training provides significant functional benefits and improvements in over health and wellbeing.
  • Trainer’s challenge – Push yourself to new limits with a challenging full body based work out designed by one of our fitness instructors.
  • Endurance – this class aims to push the limit of the body’s physical capabilities to sustain exercise for an extended period though cardiovascular and strength based training.
