Group Fitness, PrYme & Aqua Aerobics Classes
Members are required to book online for group fitness classes & aqua aerobics classes, this can be done via the Y NSW App available for download here. Classes can be booked 3 days in advance.
For Casual Visitors, bookings for group fitness classes can be made by visiting your local Centre.
