Our Group Fitness classes

  • BODYPUMP is a full body weights workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and strong.
  • BODYATTACK is a fun full-body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping. Classes are designed to improve your stamina, coordination and agility.
  • BODYSTEP is the ultimate leg and butt workout, incorporating interval training, upper and lower body circuit training and high-energy cardio using a height-adjustable step.
  • BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy, martial arts-inspired non-contact workout.
  • BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. CARDIO
  • BLAST a freestyle cardio workout incorporating interval training and resistance work to increase your aerobic capacity. YOGA calming and designed to align, strengthen and promote flexility in the body.
  • PRYME function classes for over 55’s focusing on improving strength, fitness and flexibility.
  • SMALL GROUP TRAINING 30-45 minute classes containing a combination of cardio and strength training based in the gym or outdoors.
  • BOXING high intensity boxing class focusing on skills and fitness.
  • TEEN GYM fun 30 minute classes for young people aged between 11 - 15.
  • AQUAFIT a low impact aquatic workout that help improve fitness, strength or recovery from an injury.
  • PRYME AQUA a lower intensity aquatic workout designed for over 55’s.
