Healthy meal ideas for members!


Here’s a delicious and healthy salad that will keep your calories in check....


  • 2 salmon fillets, wild caught
  • 3 thick cut slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups baby arugula or mixed green
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Creamy Avocado Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp. chives
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the salmon fillets with oil and season to taste.
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the avocado dressing, season to taste and stir until creamy.
  • Add the salmon to the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness, then set aside.
  • On two plates, add the arugula, tomatoes, and bacon.
  • Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add salmon to the salad and serve with the creamy avocado dressing.
