Duke of Edinburgh Services & Programs

The Y NSW is thrilled to partner with the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Australia to support young people in developing skills, resilience and confidence through meaningful experiences. At The Y NSW, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive and reach their full potential.

As an approved activity provider for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, we offer a range of health, fitness and wellbeing activities that can contribute towards the Physical Recreation section of the Award. Through our shared commitment to youth development, we aim to empower young people to challenge themselves, build lifelong skills and create positive connections within their communities.

Participants aged 14 to 24 can access a variety of activities, including gym-based fitness, group fitness classes, yoga, strength training and more, helping them work towards their Award goals while improving their overall wellbeing.
