Here at the Y Oakhill Drive OSHC, we make sure holidays are about fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

TUE 7 APR	DAY CAMP \| Easter Mania Get ready for Easter Mania—one egg-citing day packed full of festive fun and surprises! Children will enjoy Easter egg hunts, creative crafts, yummy cooking activities and high-energy games for a day that’s sure to be full of smiles and laughter	Full fee $70.50
WED 8 APR	WORKSHOP \| Wellbeing Wednesday Our Wellbeing Day is all about slowing down, moving our bodies and feeling good—so come dressed in your active or sporty gear and ready to play! Through yoga, giant games, bubbles and fun peer activities, we’ll be combining fitness, friendship and feel-good moments while building strong, positive relationships with one another.	Full fee $98.50
THU 9 APR	EXCURSION \| Brazilian Jiu Jitsu On this excursion, children will take part in a fun and empowering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session, learning how to stay safe and confident in challenging situations without hurting themselves or others. Through movement-based activities and relatable scenarios, children will build self-esteem, resilience, leadership skills and an anti-bullying mindset while supporting their physical and mental wellbeing. FRI 10 APR	DAY CAMP \| Around the World Cooking Children become junior chefs exploring cuisines from different countries—making sushi rolls, pasta dishes, or mini tacos while learning about the culture behind each dish through sports, trivia and crafts.	Full fee $70.50

MON 13 APR	WORKSHOP \| Illuminata Electric Circus Turn out the lights and turn up the fun for our Glow in the Dark & LED Light-Up Circus experience! Children will be wowed by a colourful illuminated show before having a go themselves, creating glowing rainbow trails with LED poi, juggling balls, hula hoops and exciting circus props in a hands-on, high-energy session. TUE 14 APR	EXCURSION \| Great Outdoor Adventure Get ready for an outdoor adventure at Bobbin Head, Ku-ring-gai National Park, where children can dive into dip net fishing, bug and crab catching, sand sculptures, camouflage face painting, and even build habitats for turtles and penguins! With breathtaking ocean and bushland views, it’s a fun-filled day of hands-on exploration, laughter, and nature-inspired excitement that will spark a love for the great outdoors.	Full fee $108.50
WED 15 APR	WORKSHOP \| Island Innovators Island Innovators invites children to become creative problem-solvers as they design survival tools, make group decisions, and build their own digital game. This engaging workshop blends hands-on creativity with AI-powered learning—no tech experience required.	Full fee $98.50
THU 16 APR	WORKSHOP \| Paint and Play Unleash your creativity at our Paint & Play Workshop Day, where children can explore fun painting techniques and make their very own masterpiece! With step-by-step guidance, all materials provided, and no experience needed, it’s a hands-on, colourful adventure that lets imaginations run wild.	Full fee $98.50
FRI 17 APR	DAY CAMP \| Sprouting Seeds Get your hands dirty and help grow a new indigenous garden in a day full of sustainability, fun, and learning! Children will discover how to care for the land, explore nature, and plant seeds that will bloom for years to come- Don’t forget to wear old clothes!	Full fee $70.50

WORKSHOP | Virutal Reality Experience

Step into a whole new world with Next Level VR, where kids can explore space, dive underwater, or tour ancient cities—all through the latest Meta Quest 3S headsets! This high-energy, hands-on adventure blends fun, teamwork, and problem-solving for an unforgettable virtual reality experience.

WORKSHOP | Get Wild With Reptiles

Get up close and personal with scaly, slimy, and spectacular creatures in Radical Reptiles with Raptor Reptiles! Children will touch dragons, snakes, turtles and more while learning fascinating wildlife facts and conservation tips in a fun, hands-on adventure.

Child Care Subsidy

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families.
