Here at the Y Oakhill Drive OSHC, we make sure holidays are about fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

MON 6 JUL	DAY CAMP \| The Wonders of Winter - Christmas in July! Step into a magical winter wonderland with our Christmas in July celebration! Children will enjoy festive craft activities, winter-themed games, and creative cooking inspired by the season. From making decorations to joining in cheerful group activities and holiday challenges, the day is filled with sparkle, imagination, and cosy winter fun. A perfect way to celebrate the magic of winter together!	Full fee $70.50
TUE 7 JUL	EXCURSION \| Allianz Stadium Tour Get ready for an action-packed day at Allianz Stadium! Children will step behind the scenes of one of Australia’s most exciting stadiums, exploring areas usually only seen by sports stars. From change rooms to the commentator’s box, they’ll hear fun stories, discover how the stadium runs, and feel like part of the big game in this interactive and energetic experience!	Full fee $108.50
WED 8 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Lil Ravers Disco Get ready to light up the dance floor! Our Lil’ Ravers Disco Party brings the ultimate high-energy experience to Vacation Care, complete with dazzling lights, awesome music, and interactive dancing games. With a live DJ spinning the latest hits and exciting party vibes, children will sing, dance, and celebrate in a fun-filled mini disco they won’t forget!	Full fee $98.50
THU 9 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Zombie Survival Training A mysterious virus is spreading… and we need brave heroes to save the day! In this action-packed Zombie Survival Training, children will become Survival Medics, working in teams to complete exciting challenges while learning real-life skills like first aid, hygiene, and emergency response. With hands-on experiments, high-energy games, and problem-solving missions, it’s a thrilling adventure where fun meets learning!	Full fee $98.50
FRI 10 JUL	WORKSHOP \| J-Pop Team Carinval Step into a bright and exciting world of Japanese pop culture! From adorable “kawaii” creations to high-energy games and a mini dance party, children will explore the colourful trends of Japan in a fun and interactive way. Get ready for teamwork challenges, creative expression, and lots of laughter as we celebrate all things cute, quirky and cool!	Full fee $98.50

MON 13 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Brick Bots & Brilliant Builders Day Get ready to build, code, and create with Young Engineers! Through LEGO, coding, and robotics, children will boost their STEM skills by solving challenges, experimenting with ideas, and thinking like real engineers. Our hands-on activities spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and build confidence as children explore, problem-solve, and discover that they can achieve amazing things!	Full fee $98.50
TUE 14 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Ulitmate Team Building & Sports Fun! Get ready to move, compete, and collaborate in our Ultimate Team Building & Sports Day! Children will take part in high-energy team challenges, sports games, and cooperative activities designed to build communication, resilience, and teamwork. From relay races to strategy games and pop quiz challenges, every activity encourages participation, encouragement, and lots of fun while staying active all day long!	Full fee $70.50
WED 15 JUL	EXCURSION \| Kicks Tenpin Bowling & Arcade Get ready for strikes, high scores, and non-stop fun! Children will enjoy an action-packed day at Kicks Tenpin & Arcade, where they can challenge their friends in tenpin bowling, explore exciting arcade games, and experience the thrill of an interactive XD ride. With music, games, and plenty of laughs, it’s the ultimate day of friendly competition and entertainment!	Full fee $108.50
THU 16 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Indigenous Waterways This Vacation Care day takes children on a hands-on journey exploring Indigenous Waterways and the deep connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have with rivers, lakes, and seas. Through storytelling, science, and creativity, children will discover how waterways were used for travel, fishing, and survival, and learn about traditional canoe design using natural materials.	Full fee $98.50
FRI 17 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Beyond the Bean Stalk- STEM Get ready to lift off with Beyond the Beanstalk’s exciting STEM experience – Hover and Out! In this high-energy, hands-on day, children will become engineers as they design, build, and test their very own rideable hovercraft. Working in teams, they’ll explore how air pressure, force, and friction help things move, then take their creations for a spin to see how far and fast they can glide. With plenty of laughter, problem-solving, and friendly competition, this day is all about creativity, teamwork, and real-world science in action!	Full fee $98.50

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families.
