Group Fitness, PrYme and Aqua Aerobics Classes
Members can book and manage your group fitness classes via the Y Fitness App. Classes can be booked up to 3 days in advance, and bookings can be cancelled should your plans change.
For Casual Visitors, bookings for group fitness classes can be made by contacting our centre directly.
Swimming Lessons, Squads, and Lap Lane Availability
We run our swimming lessons and squads for all ages at various times throughout the week and weekend, for 48 weeks of the year. Schedule is dependent on student skill level and class availability. For information on sessions and times call us on 9499 2005 or leave us a message.
