Change to Direct Debit Frequency

YMCA NSW is changing to a fortnightly direct debit to align with the Government’s introduction of the Child Care Subsidy. 

Key Dates

15 June    Last Weekly Direct Debit
(Billing Period – 25 June to 29 June)

22 June    No Direct Debit

29 June     First Fortnightly Direct Debit 
(Billing Period – 2 July to 13 July)

Why the Change?

Currently the amount of subsidised care families can receive is determined weekly. From 2 July, it will change to fortnightly.

By changing our families to a fortnightly direct debit, our billing periods will align with the fortnightly Child Care Subsidy cycle and will result in consistent billing amounts.

The YMCA NSW Outside School Hours Care Direct Debit Calendar will help you keep track of key dates. For your convenience, it also highlights public holidays and school holidays. 

Next Steps

There is nothing you need to do as we change to fortnightly debits, however, don’t forget to complete your Online Subsidy Assessment with Centrelink to ensure you don’t miss out on child care fee assistance from 2 July 2018.
