Small Group Training
Results-focused Small Group Training Sessions feature from our gym floor space with an emphasis on participation and challenging yourself to your own bests. Led by our great team of trainers, develop and improve training techniques for effective exercise in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
PrYme Movers, which includes a great range of both land and water-based programs for mature adults, is based on progressive resistance training, and incorporates aerobic exercise, balance and flexibility classes. However, far from being just an exercise program, PrYme is a powerful social network for our participants who enjoy regular outings together and are encouraged to stay on after their class for coffee and a chat. PrYme Movers encourages participation and belonging, which are fundamental to quality of life.
Custom designed for those aged 11-15, this after-school program is a fun and friendly fitness option just for teenagers, with qualified fitness trainers to show you how to develop positive exercise and healthy habits for life. As well as building physical strength and fitness, Teen Gym will boost confidence, self-esteem and opportunities for friendship.
