What to Expect & FAQs
What do I need to bring to a group fitness class?
Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and comfortable workout clothes. For Yoga/Pilates, you’re welcome to bring your own mat, though mats are provided on-site.
Do I need to be fit before joining a class?
Not at all! All our instructors provide modifications for different fitness levels. You control your own pace and intensity.
Are group fitness classes included in my membership?
Yes, group fitness classes are included in most standard Y NSW gym memberships. Casual visitor passes are also available.
How do I book a class?
You can book online via your local Y centre schedule page or through the Y NSW member app or reception desk.
