Apply Online
Found a role that interests you?
Submit your application through our Careers site, including your resume and any supporting information requested.

Application Review
Our team reviews applications to understand how candidates align with the requirements of the role.
During this stage, we may consider:

Getting to Know You Call
If your application progresses, a member of our team may contact you for a short phone conversation. This is an opportunity for us to learn a little more about you, answer any questions you may have and discuss the role in more detail.

Interview
If you're invited to interview, we'll provide everything you need to prepare, including details about the format and what to expect on the day.
Depending on the role, this may be:
- Online
- In person
- One-on-one
- Panel interview

Step 5
Checks & Verification
Some roles require additional checks before an offer can be made.
These may include:
- Reference Checks
- Working With Children Check
- Police Check
- Qualifications Verification
- Other role-specific compliance requirements
We'll guide you through any requirements relevant to your application.

Offer
If successful, you'll receive an offer outlining the role, employment details and next steps.
We'll also provide information to help you prepare for joining the Y.
