Terms & Conditions

1. ​​​​​ By engaging in activities offered and joining a Y NSW managed facility, you consent to the terms of this agreement and the relevant terms and conditions of a standard membership.
2. The promoter is your chosen health and fitness facility managed by Y NSW (see drop down menu for full list of locations).
3. The promotional offer “Free gym access for Year 12 HSC students from 2 September to 8 November 2024” is only valid to new customers who are currently enrolled in their final year of High School and completing their Higher School Certificate Examinations. A new customer is defined as any person over 16 years old who has not redeemed a 5-day trial pass or held a membership at the specific location where they are activating the offer within the past 6 months.
4. This offer is only valid for those residing within a 25km radius of the nominated Y NSW centre where they are activating the offer.
5. The offer must be redeemed and is only valid within the promotional period; 2 September to 8 November. All dates are inclusive and not available for redemption outside of this period.
6. This offer provides Year 12 HSC students with a free pass at their nominated Y NSW centre and grants access to health and fitness facilities/equipment and classes during the promotional period from 2 September to 8 November. Facilities on offer can vary based on location.
7. The offer does not extend to swimming lessons, gymnastics and/or other recreational/educational program enrolments.
8. The offer is limited to and may only be redeemed by a person who can prove to the Y NSW Participating Facility that they are currently in Year 12 at high school.
9. The membership is personal to the member for the individual’s use only, and the membership and/or associated membership card cannot be assigned or transferred to another person. The participating facility’s terms of entry may vary.
10. The offer is not redeemable for cash or value transfer, or to be combined with any other offers.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (this includes the 5-day pass, which cannot be redeemed after the free pass period).
12. Members must adhere to standard membership terms and conditions outlined in their membership agreements and will not be credited for early termination or suspension.
13. The Y NSW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
14. This offer is only available to persons eligible for Y NSW fitness memberships under the facilities’ terms and conditions.
