Here at the Y Winston Hills OSHC, we make sure holidays are about fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

MON 7 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Kick, Pass, Score! Soccer & Netball World Cup Day Join us for a high-energy day of soccer and netball fun! With drills, skills challenges, and mini-games, children of all abilities will build confidence, improve techniques, and enjoy friendly team competition. Guided by experienced coaches, sessions run 10–11:30am and 12:30–2pm.	Full fee $93.75
TUE 8 JUL	EXCURSION \| Calmsley Hill City Farm Join us for a hands-on day at Calmsley Hill City Farm, where the countryside comes alive! Children will get up close with friendly farm animals and enjoy activities like feeding, tractor rides, cow milking, and exciting sheepdog and shearing shows. It’s a fun and educational adventure that connects children with nature and rural life. Please be at service by 9:30am.	Full fee $103.75
WED 9 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Zumba Fusion Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast in this high-energy Zumba session! With easy-to-follow dance routines and upbeat music from around the world, kids will stay active, boost confidence, and have loads of fun. No experience needed—just bring your energy! THU 10 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Junior Einstein's Lab Junior Einstein's Lab is a fun and educational day camp that celebrates the wonders of science! It's a day filled with exciting experiments, cool demonstrations and hands-on activities that help children explore how to world works. From making slime to lauching mini rockets, Junior Einstein's Lab sparks curiosity and encourages young minds to ask questions, discover new things nand imagine the future of science and technology! FRI 11 JUL	EXCURSION \| House of WOW Get ready for a day full of action and excitement! Children will enjoy 8 bowling lanes featuring both Traditional Bowling and the innovative HyperBowling, where every roll is a new challenge. For children aged 7 and up, the fun continues with 36 vibrant, themed climbing walls reaching up to 9 metres high. Please note: climbing is only available for children aged 7+. MON 14 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Art on Canvas (Winter Wonderland) Get ready to unleash your creativity in a world of frosty fun at our Winter Wonderland Art Workshop! This magical, hands-on experience invites children to explore the beauty of the winter season through a range of themed art and craft activities. From shimmering snowflakes and icy landscapes to cute winter animals and cosy creations, children will use a variety of materials and techniques to bring their own winter wonderland to life. TUE 15 JUL	EXCURSION \| Art Adventures at Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden Get ready for a day of colour, creativity, and artistic exploration! This inspiring program is designed to engage young artists through hands-on workshops led by professional educators in a supportive and imaginative environment. WED 16 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Max Hacker Tech Club Calling all young innovators and tech enthusiasts! Dive into the exciting world of technology at the Max Hacker Tech Club Workshop, where children get hands-on experience with coding, robotics, and digital problem-solving. Children will explore the fundamentals of programming, experiment with cool gadgets, and work on fun projects that challenge their creativity and critical thinking. Whether it’s building simple robots, designing games, or hacking their way through tech challenges, participants will develop valuable STEM skills in a supportive, inspiring environment. THU 17 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Teddy Bears Picnic Celebrate a day of creativity and fun! Children will design and personalise their own stuffed animal friend in a hands-on Build-A-Bear workshop. FRI 18 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Backyard Bugs Crawl into a world of tiny wonders with our Backyard Bugs Workshop! This exciting, hands-on program invites children to explore the fascinating world of insects and other creepy crawlies right in their own backyard. Children will learn to identify common bugs, discover their important roles in nature, and participate in fun activities like bug hunts, magnifying glass investigations, and creative bug-inspired crafts. Child Care Subsidy

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families. Click here to read more
