Recreational Gymnastics(Ages 5-18)

Our Recreational Gymnastics program is designed for children of all abilities, from complete beginners through to advanced gymnasts. Whether your child wants to learn new skills, stay active, or simply have fun, our classes provide a supportive environment where every gymnast can thrive.

Gymnastics is one of the best foundation sports, helping children develop balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, agility, and body awareness while building confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. It also provides valuable movement skills that benefit a wide range of other sports and physical activities.

Our qualified coaches guide gymnasts through our progressive stage-based program, allowing each child to learn at their own pace and celebrate every achievement along the way. Recreational gymnastics also provides a pathway into our Competitive Gymnastics program for those wishing to pursue the sport further.

Every gymnast participates in termly skills testing as part of our progressive stage-based program. During these assessments, gymnasts are evaluated on the skills they have been learning in class and, once they have successfully achieved the required competencies, they progress to the next stage.
