Dear customers,
It was announced today that the Taree and Forster communities will enter a 7-day lockdown until Monday, 11 October 2021. In line with Public Health Orders, the Y NSW’s Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure Centre will therefore be closed until Monday, 11 October 2021.
We will communicate to all Y customers when we receive further information and can confirm the date and time we can reopen.
Your membership payments
Please know that charges will not apply for closure periods and we will automatically amend your account, there is nothing you need to do.
- Memberships paid via direct debit, will automatically receive a credit on your membership for amounts paid for the current billing period impacted by the closure; Tuesday, 5 October 2021 to Thursday, 7 October 2021
- Class Enrolments paid both direct debit and upfront will automatically receive a credit on your enrolment, for amounts paid for the current billing period impacted by the closure; Tuesday, 5 October 2021 to Friday, 8 October 2021
- Customers who have paid upfront for a membership or visit pass will automatically have expiry dates extended for the period of closure.
