A Youth Hub is a place where young people have the opportunity to get involved in their community.
We welcome young people in the communities we work to join YMCA NSW as volunteer Young Leaders. The Young Leaders form committees and make decisions on how the Hub is run, with support from the facilitators, and develop opportunities for young people in their community.
Our Youth Hub is a space is available for young people aged 11-17 designed for the following activities:
To access the Hub, young people can register and book in for specific sessions or just come down and meet up with their friends.
Young people interested in being more involved can also join our Young Leaders and Young Mentors groups. The members of these groups are YMCA Volunteers and can plan youth events both inside the Y and in the community.
