Group Fitness

All ages. All fitness levels. All abilities. All welcome. Join one of our Group Fitness classes to work on your strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination. And meet others just like you.

Our classes

  • BODYATTACK™ – interval training and aerobic movements.
  • BODYBALANCE™ – yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates all rolled into one.
  • BODYPUMP™ – get fit fast with the original barbell workout.
  • BODYSTEP - basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs.
  • CXWORX™ – cutting edge workout to sculpt your physique.
  • YMCA Spin ‒ get on the bike for low-impact, high intensity workout.
  • GRIT – super high intensity workout using various equipment and body weight resistance.
  • HIIT Combo - 16 stations of work, 40 seconds on, 10 seconds off. All done by the pool side at the Broken Hill Regional Aquatic Centre.
  • YOGA - Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.
  • HIIT Express - class on the gym floor. Cardio based circuit.
  • ZUMBA® - dance inspired fitness for everyone.
  • CROSSFIT - High intensity, functional movement.

PrYme Movers

As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. That’s why we offer tailored exercise programs for people over 55. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength.

Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. That’s what we call active ageing.

Classes for Kids and Teens

These classes are designed to equip children with the basic fundamental movements and in-turn prepare them to instinctively know how to move in the gym, use the quipment and be more agile within their chosen sports.

Core programming focuses on:

  • coaching
  • fun team activities and games
  • movement based exercises
  • strength training

Programs are suitable for children aged 6-17 years.
