Here at the Y Mayfield West OSHC, we make sure school holidays are fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

MON 28 SEP	WORKSHOP \| Battle of the Blasters Get ready to lock, load and laugh at our epic Nerf Wars showdown! Gather your squad, dodge flying darts, conquer exciting challenges and battle for bragging from 10am to 12pm with Fun and Games Party for a foam-filled adventure. Whether you're a seasoned sharpshooter or a first-time blaster, this action-packed event is all about fun and friendly competition. Are you ready to join the battle?	Full fee
TUE 29 SEP	EXCURSION \| Explore More at Bull & Tourle! Join us for a day Bull & Tourle Park and discover the wonders of the great outdoors! Walk with us as we head to the park. From wildlife spotting and nature walks to exploring the bush, enjoy a day packed with fun, learning and adventure from 1030am to 1pm. Get outside, connect with nature and enjoy a picnic lunch in the sun.	Full fee
WED 30 SEP	EXCURSION \| Nature's Calling—Answer at Blackbutt Escape into nature at Blackbutt Reserve, where adventure and wildlife come together! Wander scenic bushwalking trails, get up close with iconic Australian animals including koalas, kangaroos, wombats and emus and enjoy a relaxing day surrounded by beautiful natural bushland from 1030am to 230pm. With free wildlife exhibits, picnic areas, playgrounds and family-friendly spaces, the possibilities are endless! At 1145am enjoy meeting the Critter experience where you will expereince lizards, snakes and more!	Full fee
THU 1 OCT	DAY CAMP \| Colour Me Happy Brighten Your Day with Tie-Dye! Get ready to twist, swirl and splash your way to a one-of-a-kind creation at our Tie-Dye Day! Unleash your creativity, experiment with vibrant colours and design your very own wearable masterpiece with the help from our educators and family connections. It's a fun-filled activity for all ages - come dressed in your best colourful outfit and let your imagination shine!	Full fee
FRI 2 OCT	WORKSHOP \| From Shore to Sea Floor Dive into Dave’s Dive: Sea Creatures and discover the amazing world beneath the waves! Get up close with fascinating ocean creatures, learn cool marine facts and explore the wonders of the deep in a fun-filled adventure. From fins to shells and everything in between, it’s a splash-tastic experience for curious explorers of all ages. Don’t miss the chance to dive in and discover with this intersting workshops from 1030am to 12pm.	Full fee None

TUE 6 OCT	WORKSHOP \| Ready, Set, Game! Get ready to power up the fun with a visit from Corey and his awesome Gaming Van experience! Packed with exciting games, epic challenges and endless entertainment, it’s the ultimate way to play, compete and have a blast with friends. WED 7 OCT	WORKSHOP \| Its Me - Mario! Jump into a world of fun with our very own Super Mario Bros Challenge! Dress up as your favourite Mario character, race your way through Mario Kart courses and compete in exciting Mario-inspired challenges to see who will become the ultimate champion. With power-ups, games, laughs and plenty of surprises, it’s a super day of adventure you won’t want to miss! Grab your mates, choose your character and get ready to level up the fun!	Full fee None
THU 8 OCT	DAY CAMP \| Making Your Mark Graffiti Style! Feeling artistic? Children will rotate through a fun, closely supervised outdoor spray-painting experience, where they'll learn basic graffiti techniques and experiment with spray paint on temporary graffiti walls in a safe, creative environment with Up & UP! Experience the art style by exploring upcycled vinyl records using vibrant Posca paint pens, designing personalised graffiti name, unique artworks and more from 10am. Please note this workshop with be heavily montiored and permission slips will be supplied to ensure child safety.	Full fee
FRI 9 OCT	EXCURSION \| Reach New Heights at Tree Tops! Whether they’re taking their first steps into the treetops or ready for a bigger challenge, there’s an adventure waiting for everyone. Climb, swing and branch out with Tree Tops from 1030am till 2pm! Seperated into two groups adventurers ages 5–7 can take on the Kids Course, designed for younger climbers to build confidence, test their skills and have fun navigating exciting treetop challenges. Looking for more adventure? Children ages 8–12 can step it up on our Big Kids Course, with bigger challenges, more thrills and the chance to climb higher and push their adventure limits!	Full fee

Child Care Subsidy

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families.
