The Y is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Care (OSHC).
The Australian Government provides a number of subsidies and programs to help with the cost of child care, with the Child Care Subsidy being the main type of assistance that most families will use.
For eligible families enrolled in OSHC at the Y, the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) will assist with reducing the out of pocket child care costs and help to make child care more affordable. To find out more information about what you may be eligible for, please see more information here.
For information on fees charged at this Service, please contact the Y Child Care Team on 1300 00 9679 or email us, email@example.com.
The Y NSW’s fortnightly Direct Debit payment system is designed to make payments easy. Fees for care are direct debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account or credit card. OSHC Fees are paid two weeks in advance for the duration of the child’s enrolment.
Statements are issued to families in the week of the scheduled debit run. If at any time there is an outstanding balance on your account, the amount will be billed in the following fortnight’s debit run. Any casual bookings after the statements have been issued, will be added to the debit run.
The Y NSW Outside School Hours Care Direct Debit Calendar will help you keep track of key dates. For your convenience, it also highlights public holidays and school holidays.
Further information on direct debit can be found on the Direct Debit Request Authorisation Form.
To update your nominated bank account or credit card details for direct debit payments, please download the The Y Direct Debit Authorisation form and send it to the Y Child Care Team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Provided there are vacancies, you are able to change permanent days with two weeks’ written notice. Please contact your centre coordinator to find out availability.
