Here at the Y Dee Why OSHC, we make sure holidays are about fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

MON 6 JUL	DAY CAMP \| NAIDOC Celebration Celebrate NAIDOC Week with a day of Indigenous-inspired crafts, games, and activities. Children will explore creativity through hands-on experiences and participate in group games and cultural activities throughout the day.	Full fee $70.50
TUE 7 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Mini Chefs Put on your chef hats and aprons and join us for a fun, hands-on cooking day! Children will prepare fresh food, explore ingredients, develop practical kitchen skills, and enjoy eating the meals they create. Workshops start at 10:00am.	Full fee $98.50
WED 8 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Chemistry Chaos An interactive science workshop where children explore basic chemistry through a range of hands-on experiments. Activities include creating reactions, testing different materials, and making their own take-home items such as a rubber fidget and balm. Workshops start at 10:00am.	Full fee $98.50
THU 9 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Move and Groove Get ready to move, groove, and have fun! Mixed Dance is a high-energy session where children can explore a variety of dance styles and movements in a supportive and exciting environment. Through fun routines and active games, children will build confidence while developing coordination, balance, rhythm, and teamwork skills. Workshops start at 10:00am.	Full fee $98.50
FRI 10 JUL	EXCURSION \| Movie Madness Enjoy a fun day out at the movies with friends! Children will have the chance to relax, watch a movie on the big screen, and enjoy a shared excursion experience together in Hoyts Chatswood! Please arrive in centre by 9:00am.	Full fee $108.50

MON 13 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Picnic and Painting A calm, creative session where children can enjoy painting at their own pace while grazing and enjoying the outdoors on picnic rugs with friends. The children will explore self expression with their art, and will be able to take their canvas home with them.	Full fee $70.50
TUE 14 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Winter Wonderland Step into a Winter Wonderland filled with exciting games, dancing, and icy-themed fun! Children will enjoy an energetic day of music, movement, and interactive activities in a fun winter-themed atmosphere. Workshops start at 1:00pm.	Full fee $98.50
WED 15 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Chromatic Creations Join us for a colourful Chromatic Workshop filled with creativity, hands-on activities, and interactive fun. Children will explore colour, imagination, and self-expression through engaging experiences designed to inspire and entertain. Workshops start at 10:00am.	Full fee $98.50
THU 16 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Teddy Bear Makers A special hands-on experience where children create their own soft toy to take home. Theyíll choose, stuff, and personalise their bear, making it unique to them. This is a day that encourages creativity while giving children a keepsake theyíll cherish. Workshops start at 10:00am. FRI 17 JUL	EXCURSION \| Games and Strikes An adventure to Zone Bowling and Timezone Dee Why where children will enjoy a game of bowling followed by time in the arcade. The day encourages teamwork, turn-taking, and friendly competition! Please arrive in centre by 9:30am.	Full fee $108.50

Child Care Subsidy

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families.
