Our classes:

FUNCTIONAL  - A whole body workout session the helps increase muscle and burn fat. Functional classes train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports, while using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the time. Functional fitness exercise also emphasizes core stability.

STRENGTH  - Lift, Push, Pull, Carry, Hold, Run, Jump, Throw. This class is designed to test all facets of your physical strength and atheticism. 

H.I.I.T - Our High Intensity Interval Training class will blast you with intense intermittent bouts of exercise followed by easier ones to leave you breathless. Adapt your speed /  resistance to work harder. 

BOX2CORE -  Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut. Combine intense boxing drills with elements of boxing inspired fitness training and conditioning. Pair up with a friend or meet a new training partner on the spot. Once you have worked to the max pop to the ground and strive to tone that midsection! Abs, obliques, glutes and lower back, this session willhave you leaving and wanting more!

YOGA - de-stress and focus on your mind, body and spirit with exercise that involves body stretches, breathing techniques and meditation.

PRYME - As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. We offer a tailored exercise programs for people over 55. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength. Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. That’s what we call active ageing. 

TEEN GYM - Start your wellness journey early and get on the right track for a healthy life. We run classes for 11 - 16 year olds that build strength, fitness, flexibility and - importantly  - confidence and social skills.
