Class Schedule

Check out our weekly schedule to find the perfect class for you. Pryme Classes are on at 8:30AM each morning.

  • Y Dance - Basic dance moves to some classic music. Burning calories while having fun! Great for beginners and perfect for all ages.
  • Pryme Strength - Weight training and cardiovascular fitness all rolled into one. Improve bone density, balance and mobility. Core and stretch at the end of class. Perfect class for beginners!
  • Pryme Aerobics - Remember old school aerobics? Fun, functional movements to train your brain and body. Lots of laughs and fun! A class full of low impact aerobic moves such as easy walks, grapevines and mambos!
  • Pryme Circuit - Circuit training with various work and rest timings. Functional movement and exercises to increase mobility, strength, balance, stability and coordination.
  • Stretch & Core - see above description.
