Group Fitness

Small Group Training

If smaller groups are your thing, we run training that will bring out the best in you. Put on the gloves and box or make it count with a high intensity interval training (HIIT).

PrYme Movers

As we get older, our options to exercise shouldn’t be fewer. That’s why we offer tailored exercise programs for people over 55. Improve your heart health, bone density, flexibility and strength.

Senior’s exercise is about staying fit, healthy and socially connected. Turn up for a workout. Stay for a coffee and a chat. That’s what we call active ageing. 

Our classes:

  • PrYme Aerobics – a fun, cardio workout
  • PrYme Aqua – low impact exercise in the water
  • Pryme Dance – a fun, energetic cardio workout to get you moving! 
  • Pryme Pump – utililse a barbell to get fit and active
  • Pryme Circuit – move through a circuit of exercises for a full body workout
  • Pryme Stretch – gentle stretch session

Personal Training

Not sure how to lose weight? Struggling to put on muscle? Have a specific goal in mind?  Are you not too sure where to start? We can give you a hand. Our team of experienced Personal Trainers will guide you on the right path to achieving all your Health and Fitness needs with their knowledge and skills. Our aim to ensure a long-term positive lifestyle change.

The Y offers a variety of options to get you started on your health and fitness journey -

  • PT Starter Pack - 3 x 30min one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer and a personalised program to complete outside of PT sessions to keep you on track
  • PT 10 pack – 10 x 30min or 60min one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer at a discounted rate 
  • 30min and 60min pay as you go sessions with a Personal Trainer
  • Group PT sessions with a Personal Trainer

Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 4.00pm
Public Holidays: 10:00am to 4:00pm - No lessons or gym classes run on public holidays.

Centre hours may vary at short notice due to staff constraints as a result of COVID

The outdoor 50m pool will be closing on the 14th April 2022.
