Kinder Gymnastics

Kindergym is a 1 hour class designed for children aged 4 months - 5 years. The program develops the child through social, emotional, cognitive and physical activities in a safe and structured environment. Children are provided with a wide range of opportunities to help develop confidence and conviction in their coordination.

Classes

• Baby Gym - 4-10 months
• Kinder Tots – a fun class for infants aged 1–3 
• Kinder Gym for 3-5
• YMCA Ninjas – martial arts, gymnastics and parkour for ages 3‒10

Recreational Gymnastics

Gymnastics training helps children develop both physically and mentally. We run classes that suit most kids regardless of age or physical prowess. It’s a safe, fun environment where children can learn at their own pace.

Classes

• YMCA Ninjas - 5-8 years
• Beginners - 5-12 years
• Intermediate - 5-12 years
• Colours - For all beginners aged 6-12 years
• Stages - For more advanced kids aged 6-12 (separate boys and girls classes)
• Tumbling - For all abilities aged 7-16 years
• Teen Gymnastics - A fun class where 12-18 year-olds learn some new tricks
