Booking Group Fitness Classes
Bookings caln be made online for group fitness classes (inlcuding Aquarobics), this can be done via the Y NSW App available for download here.
For Casual Visitors, bookings for group fitness classes can be made by visiting your local Centre.

Swimming Lessons
Swimming lessons are held each weekday afternoon from 3.30pm-6pm, as well as Saturday mornings 8am-12noon. Please contact us for further details on class levels and availability.
