Where all the adventure and fun begin

Here at the Y Thomas Acres OSHC, we make sure holidays are about fun! We provide a range of Vacation Care activities that children look forward to, including arts, crafts, cooking activities, sports, dance and drama. No matter what your child is interested in, we will plan school holiday activities to suit.

Our Vacation Care program offers a variety of activities, including workshops and excursions. Our activities keep children entertained, engaged and explore their adventurous side.

To be eligible to use our Vacation Care services, children must be enrolled at school or school aged.

MON 7 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Ninja Warrior Day Unleash your inner Ninja! Children will become the ultimate Ninja Warrior in our workshop including archery!	Full fee $62.00
TUE 8 JUL	EXCURSION \| Sydney Zoo: Animals, Animals, Animals! We’re off to Sydney Zoo! Children will explore the animal kingdom, learn about conservation and enjoy a day full of adventure. Must arrive by 8:30am.	Full fee $98.00
WED 9 JUL	WORKSHOP \| NAIDOC Week Celebration Celebrate NAIDOC Week with us as we honour First Nations cultures through art, storytelling, and hands-on workshops. Children will explore rich traditions and deepen their understanding of Country, community and connection.	Full fee $88.00
THU 10 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Minute to Win It Day Get ready for fast, fun and silly games! Inspired by the hit show. Children will take on exciting 60-second challenges using everyday items. A great day for problem-solving, laughs, and team spirit.	Full fee $62.00
FRI 11 JUL	DAY CAMP \| DIY & Build It Day A hands-on day for creative minds! From recycled robots to wild marble runs, children will invent, tinker, and construct their own creations. This is a day for builders, dreamers, and future engineers!	Full fee $62.00

MON 14 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Warm & Fuzzy Day It’s all things cosy and kind today. Children will craft kindness jars, write compliment cards, and enjoy warm winter treats. A day to fill our hearts and our centre with warmth and friendship.	Full fee $62.00
TUE 15 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Winter Disco Boogie into the chill zone with a winter-themed disco! From snowflake crafts to cool dance battles, it’s a frosty festival of fun. Children can dress in white, silver, or glitter if they wish!	Full fee $88.00
WED 16 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Intergalactic Galaxy Day Blast off! We’re heading to the stars with space-themed art, galaxy jars, tye dye crafts and constellation games. A creative cosmic adventure for curious minds.	Full fee $88.00
THU 17 JUL	DAY CAMP \| Winter Spa Day Time to relax and recharge. Children will create DIY bath bombs, face masks, and calming crafts. We'll talk self-care, friendship, and the importance of rest—all while having fun!	Full fee $62.00
FRI 18 JUL	WORKSHOP \| Multicultural MasterChef Travel the world without leaving the centre! Children will cook and taste foods from different cultures, design their own flags, and share stories about their families and traditions. A delicious celebration of diversity.	Full fee $88.00

Child Care Subsidy

As a not-for-profit provider, the Y NSW works hard to keep the cost of care as low as possible to support all children to access high quality early learning. The Y NSW is an approved provider of the Child Care Subsidy for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and may be available to eligible families. Click here to read more
