Advance bookings are not required for gym floor or recreational swimming.


Group Fitness Classes

All group fitness classes require participants to book in advance.

Members can book and manage your group fitness classes via The Y NSW App. Classes can be booked up to 3 days in advance, and bookings can be cancelled should your plans change.

For Casual Visitors, bookings for group fitness classes can be made by contacting our centre directly.
