This month, take a look at a couple of awesome protein shake recipes that you can introduce into your weekly diet. Packed with vitamins and nutrients, these shakes are damn tasty but don't contain any of the harmful stuff.
For the Blokes
THE MOCHA NUT SHAKE
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 Cups Ice
- ½ Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
- ½ Cup Brewed Expresso Coffee
- 1/3 Banana
- 1 tbsp. Raw Almond Butter
Blend until desired thickness achieved.
For the Girls
BIKINI BOOTY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Light or unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ Cup raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries (or a mix)
- 2 Cups raw spinach
- 1 tbsp. chia or flaxseed
Blend until desired thickness achieved.
