Welcome to the Wattle Room

The Wattle Room is a calm, nurturing and responsive environment designed especially for our youngest learners. For children aged 0–2 years, this space provides the comfort, security, and gentle encouragement they need as they begin exploring the world around them. Our educators prioritise building strong, trusting relationships with each child, ensuring they feel safe, supported and deeply cared for throughout their day.

In the Wattle Room, children are encouraged to learn at their own pace through warm interactions, sensory play, early language experiences, and opportunities to develop confidence in their emerging independence. Daily routines are flexible and responsive to each child’s individual needs, including sleep, feeding, comfort items and personal rhythms.

Our educators work closely with families to understand each child’s routines, preferences, and personality. This partnership helps us create a familiar, predictable, and loving environment where your child can thrive. We look forward to welcoming your family into the Wattle Room and supporting your child’s earliest learning journey with care, gentleness, and joy.
