Terms and Conditions – New Members 

1. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the standard membership and program terms and conditions of participating Y NSW centres. 

2. This promotion is available to new participants enrolling in eligible Y NSW Learn to Play programs during the promotional period. 

3. The promotion commences at 4:00am (AEST) on 24 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 23 August 2026. 

4. Participants are eligible to redeem up to two (2) complimentary trial classes before enrolment. Trial classes: 

1. must be pre-booked and are subject to availability; 

2. may be redeemed across any eligible Learn to Play sports or recreation programs; 

3. do not need to be for the same sport or activity.  

5. To be eligible for the promotional prize draw, participants must complete an enrolment into an eligible Learn to Play or Learn to Swim program during the promotional period. 

6. Eligible participants will automatically receive an email following enrolment containing the prize draw entry form. To complete their entry, participants must: 

1. submit the prize entry form; 

2. accept these Terms and Conditions; and 

3. where required for their selected prize, consent to receive marketing communications from the relevant prize partner. 

7. Only completed prize entries submitted before 11:59pm AEST on 23 August 2026 will be eligible for the prize draw. 

8. One (1) prize draw entry is permitted per eligible enrolment unless otherwise stated. 

9. The promotional prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 2 September 2026. Winners will be selected at random and announced via the Y NSW's official social media channels at 9:00am (AEST). Winners will also be notified via the email address provided during the prize entry process. Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification. If a prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the prize will be deemed forfeited and a redraw will occur to select a new winner. 

10. Eligible programs include participating Learn to Play programs, Children’s swimming lessons, KinderGym and Recreational Gymnastics as well as Junior Basketball Academy Skills classes. Private coaching, representative programs, school holiday programs, casual bookings and third-party delivered programs are excluded. 

11. Program availability, class schedules and participating centres are subject to availability and may vary by location. 

12. Complimentary trial classes and the free first enrolled class are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. 

13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional campaign unless otherwise stated. 

14. Y NSW reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to cancel any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

15. Y NSW reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable Australian laws. 

16. Winners of the promotional prize draw will be selected at random following the conclusion of the promotion and contacted using the details provided during the prize entry process. Prize-specific terms and conditions may apply. 

17. By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used for the administration of this promotion in accordance with the Y NSW Privacy Policy. Where participants choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from a prize partner, their information will also be shared with that partner in accordance with the relevant partner's privacy policy.
