Terms and Conditions

Limited time fitness pass at the Y NSW Managed Health and Fitness for Year 12 students.

These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to the limited time free fitness pass at Y NSW Managed Health and Fitness promotion for Year 12 students and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Young Men’s Christian Association of Sydney (ARBN 067 150 010) trading as the Y NSW. By redeeming the Free Voucher or otherwise participating in the Free Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. We're offering Year 12 students free access to Y NSW managed recreation centres from 3 October to 3 November 2023 at participating Y NSW managed facilities.

2. This offer is for new members only and applies to the use of health and fitness equipment at Participating Facilities and includes swimming facilities (where applicable). The offer is subject to facility offerings and availability per centre. Exclusions include all Y NSW programs i.e. Swimming lessons, gymnastics and/or other educational or other programs.

3. The offer is limited to one fitness or pool pass per person and may only be redeemed by a person who can prove to the Participating Facility that they are in Year 12 at high school. The Centre’s terms of entry may vary.

4. Open to NSW and ACT students who are currently enrolled in their final year of schooling (year 12).

5. By participating in the offer or otherwise visiting a Participating Facility, you agree to be bound by any terms and conditions applicable to the Participating Facility.

6. The access pass is non-transferable, is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and may not be combined with any other trial or promotional offer.

7. When booking your access pass, you must provide the following contact information: full name, email address and telephone number.

8. The Y NSW reserves the right, at any time, to amend these terms and conditions at its own discretion without prior notice.
