Terms & Conditions

1. By engaging in activities offered and joining a Y NSW managed facility, you consent to the terms of this agreement.
2. The promoter is your chosen health and fitness facility managed by Y NSW (see drop down menu for full list of locations).
3. The promotional offer “4 Weeks Free gym access for WSU students” is only valid to new customers who are currently enrolled at Western Sydney University. A new customer is defined as any person over 16 years old who has not redeemed a 5-day trial pass or held a membership at the specific location where they are activating the offer within the past 6 months.
4. The offer must be redeemed within the promotional period; 27 October to 16 November. All dates are inclusive and not available for redemption outside of this period.
5. This offer provides WSU students with a free pass at their nominated Y NSW centre and grants access to health and fitness facilities/equipment during staffed hours. Facilities on offer can vary based on location.
6. The offer does not extend to swimming lessons, gymnastics and/or other recreational/educational program enrolments.
7. The offer is limited to one fitness or pool pass per person and may only be redeemed by a person who can prove to the Y NSW Participating Facility that they are a WSU student. The participating facility’s terms of entry may vary.
8. The offer is not redeemable for cash or value transfer, or to be combined with any other offers.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (this includes the 5-day pass, which cannot be redeemed after the free pass period).
10. Members must adhere to standard membership terms and conditions outlined in their membership agreements and will not be credited for early termination or suspension.
11. The Y NSW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
12. This offer is only available to persons eligible for Y NSW fitness memberships under the facilities’ terms and conditions.
