Terms & Conditions

1. By joining a Y NSW managed facility, you consent to the terms of this agreement. 

2. The promoter is your chosen health and fitness facility managed by Y NSW (see drop down menu for full list of locations). 

3. The promotional offer, “4 weeks free + $0 joining fee” is valid on any individual direct debit fitness membership (including students and seniors). Membership must commit to a minimum term of 6 months commencing from join date (13 direct debit payments).  

4. The offer must be redeemed within the promotional period; 1 June to 30 June 2026. All dates are inclusive and not available for redemption outside of this period. 

5. The offer is only valid to new Y health and fitness members. Previous customers who have not been a Y fitness member for more than 6 months are eligible.  

6. The offer is not valid on family, fitness passport, aquatic, corporate and/or fee assistance membership types (not including students and senior memberships).  

7. This offer applies to the Health and Fitness facilities, use of equipment and classes only. It does not extend to swimming lessons, gymnastics and/or other recreational/educational program enrolments, unless outlined in the membership contract agreement. 

8. The offer is not redeemable for cash or value transfer, or to be combined with any other offers.  

9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including the 5-day trial pass. 

10. Members must agree to standard membership terms and conditions. 

11. The Y NSW reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
